Niykee keeps writing music, even though she has been part of the latest crisis. Niykee was selected to be part of her participation in YouTube Brandcast by Snoop and he accompanied her on stage. Being a magnet for producers, Niykee constantly sifts through the numerous beats delivered to her. She finds that most of them spark new music ideas. After 5 seconds, I can tell what a song is or not. I then get an idea of a song and begin writing it immediately. I'll sit out on my backyard with my guitar, and then the lyrics are just a matter of time and typically it's finished in just thirty minutes. Niykee's pain from her past provides constant inspiratation as she progresses as an author. Even when she is not writing about the things which are actually happening the pain through her childhood and grief over the loss of her daughter find it's way into her music. My music is inspired by my experiences and I sense the deep meaning behind everything. It's among the aspects that are most crucial to me.
